Construction Schedule

Definition of the actions in the construction schedule.

Doubleclick below stage name will allow to edit stage info. Default stage info is Construction stage x, activated x, y, z.

Tip: If the column labels are not easily identified, click the tool to edit the column widths.
Column Label Description
Length In the leftmost column the lengths of the elements have to be entered (they are needed for the wet concrete and traveller load cases).
Age Age of the elements at their first activation.
Note: The activation of the elements is also being performed by applying this input of the age! (For the input of age is imperative when activating new concrete elements, an additional input and space is saved.) Alternatively the characters A for activation without time value and D for deactivation (both used for spring elements) can be applied.
Attention: Deactivation of (spring) elements needs further considerations within RM using the DEMO load case (Actions on Element End) by the user, it is not done automatically by the program!
CS Name of the stress label of the corresponding tendons to be pre-stressed in this stage (used in the tenon module).
Tr
There are four options for the consideration of the traveler in the schedule
  • +: traveler is put on
  • *: traveler is moved (i.e., taken off from the previous stage and put on at the actual one)
  • -: traveler is taken off
  • (blank): no movement of the traveler
The input has to be applied in the current line of the activated element.
wc The input of * in this column means that the wet concrete (of the elements being activated in the next stage) should be considered in this stage.
t Specifies the duration for creep and shrinkage (and time to the next stage).
Note: Only the first input in the column will be considered, possible further ones will be ignored (as there can only be one value for creep and shrinkage for each stage).
Bl Input of the label for the consideration of a certain blister weight (defined in Blisters), which will be applied on the corresponding element in this stage. Blister weights are also considered in the wet concrete calculation, when wet concrete is calculated for an element, where blisters are defined. There will be generated load sets, which are assigned to the corresponding wet concrete and self-weight load cases of the considered element.
